Smithtown Karate Academy has been located in Smithtown, Long Island, since 1978. We teach Okinawan Isshinryu Karate and Kobudo (weapons) to everyone from the age of 4 and up. Classes meet on Monday & Wednesday 5:30 - 9:30 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm. Free trial lessons are available for all adult students as well as special introductory packages and family discounts. Watch for our show "Taking Charge" which airs in Hauppauge and Brookhaven on Cable 20. Shows cover aspects of the martial arts as well as those dealing with proper health and nutrition. Ways you can energize and be the best you can be through good health and positive thinking. Our new time schedule effective April 1, 2004 is at 6:30 pm on Tuesdays. Set your VCR.
