WOMEN'S ATTACK PREVENTION
Programs are offered periodically on Tuesday Evenings from 7 - 9:30 PM. The program includes lecture, videotape viewing and actual training leading up to defense against a padded opponent (when available). This program has received tremendous acclaim in the media and has been the subject of several TV specials. It is also available as corporate level seminars. Call for more information. Classes need a minimum of 10 people to run.
